If the battery performance, power strength, sound quality, or overall performance decreases under normal usage within 2 months from the date of delivery, we will provide a free replacement.

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty
The following cases are not covered:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Water or moisture damage
- Broken, burned, or tampered products
- Damage caused by misuse, overcharging, or improper handling
🔄 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be returned in original condition
- Original box and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
💰 Refund Policy
As we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are not offered.
If a replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:
